1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and ANAEDO UNIVERSAL SOLUTIONS LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the GladNet Smart mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”).
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Service Description
GladNet Smart is a security camera management application that allows users to:
Connect and manage compatible security cameras
View live video feeds from connected cameras
Receive motion detection alerts and notifications
Access cloud video storage (where applicable)
Configure camera settings and preferences
Scan QR codes for easy camera setup
The Services are provided “as is” and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
Provide accurate and complete registration information
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing:
A valid email address
A secure password meeting our security requirements
Any additional information requested during registration
You may also register using third-party authentication services (e.g., Google Sign-In).
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication
We may require additional verification steps (such as email verification codes) to enhance account security. You agree to complete these verification steps when prompted.
5. Device and Camera Requirements
5.1 Compatible Devices
The App requires a compatible smartphone or tablet with:
iOS 15.0 or later, or Android 6.0 or later
Active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
Camera access for QR code scanning
Notification permissions for alerts
5.2 Camera Compatibility
The App is designed to work with GladNet-compatible security cameras. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party devices not explicitly supported.
5.3 Internet Connectivity
A stable internet connection is required for:
Live video streaming
Receiving real-time alerts
Cloud storage access
Remote camera management
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet service provider or network issues.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
6.1 Permitted Use
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the App solely for:
Personal or authorized business security monitoring
Managing cameras on property you own or have permission to monitor
Receiving legitimate security alerts and notifications
6.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Use the App to monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent where required by law
Record or distribute content that violates others’ privacy rights
Use the App for any illegal surveillance activities
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Circumvent any security measures or access controls
Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
Use automated systems or bots to access the Services
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
Legal Notice: You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding video and audio recording in your jurisdiction. Some locations require consent from individuals being recorded. Failure to comply may result in civil or criminal liability.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
7.1 Data We Collect
By using the App, you consent to the collection of:
Account information (email, name, profile picture)
Camera configuration and settings
Video and audio recordings (when enabled)
Device information and usage data
Location data (for camera setup and time zone)
7.2 Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Video recordings may be stored:
Locally on your camera’s storage device
In the cloud (if you subscribe to cloud storage services)
7.3 Privacy Policy
Our collection, use, and sharing of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
8.1 Free Services
Basic features of the App are provided free of charge. These include:
Camera setup and management
Live video viewing

8.2 Premium Services
Additional features may require a paid subscription, including:
Cloud video storage
Extended recording history
Advanced alert features
Priority customer support
8.3 Payment Terms
For paid subscriptions:
Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time through your device’s subscription settings
Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google
8.4 Data Plans
If you purchase data plans through the App:
Data allocations are valid for the specified period
Unused data may not roll over to the next period
Prices are subject to change with notice
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ANAEDO UNIVERSAL SOLUTIONS LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.3 Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Create derivative works based on the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use our trademarks without written permission
9.4 Your Content
You retain ownership of video recordings and other content you create using the App. By using our cloud services, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Services.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or reliability of any information
Security or protection against all threats
10.1 No Security Guarantee
While the App is designed to enhance security monitoring, we do not guarantee:
Prevention of break-ins, theft, or other crimes
Detection of all motion or security events
Continuous availability of live streaming or alerts
That the App will meet your specific security needs
10.2 Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these services.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account
We are not liable for any criminal activity that occurs despite use of the App
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANAEDO UNIVERSAL SOLUTIONS LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your violation of any applicable laws
Content you record, store, or share using the App
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
Deleting your account through the App settings
Contacting our support team
Uninstalling the App (note: this does not delete your account data)
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
You fail to pay for subscription services
We discontinue the Services
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to use the App ceases immediately
We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
14. Changes to Terms
